Jane has spent the last 22 years working as a consultant and in-house in some of NZ's leading corporate organisations. She was trained as an Industrial and Organisational Psychologist and spent her early career in the airforce before moving into the corporate world. Jane's last in-house role was with The Warehouse where she lead a very successful Talent Management function for six years.

Jane specialises in helping organisations build cultures where people can thrive. She believes this is essential for sustainable business and runs a range of programmes focused on building change agility in leaders, developing leadership capability, supporting leaders through successful transitions and building high performing teams.
